miker248

Question

I had to rebuild my pc and reinstalled the crator 2010 with photo show inbeded in it. I was abel to add as many songs to the show as I wanted befroe and now it does not work I only able to add one song. I am running win7 and installed sp2 in Roxio crator 2010 and this did not work. I have also contacted tech support and they not been helpful at all. Does any one have any ideas before I demand my money back for this product?

The version of PhotoShow that is included in Creator 2010 is the lite (free) versionand you are allowed only one piece of music. I don't think that you could add your own mp3. There was never allowance for more. Perhaps you are mis-remembering or using PhotoSuite Slide Show Assistant?

Did you ever have the PhotoShow Premium Membership (ca $40 a year). Perhaps that is what you remember? If so, go to your account on the PhotoShow web site, sign in and then go to your account page. Download the latest version of PhotoSHow 6 (build somewhere around 857).

I notice that you are using Comcast. Did you have a Comcast version of PhotoShowthat is no longer in effect?

If you have the premium membership, have you contacted support for PhotoShow? It is different than the one for Roxio.

Good luck getting your money back since it apparently worked right the first time. Something in your rebuild screwed it up. You can try to take it back to where you bought it but I doubt that they will be very helpful. At Roxio you have a 30 day warranty.

Did your talk to the PhotoShow support or the Roxio support? Apparently they are different and most likely the Roxio support knows little about PhotoShow
