Easy Cd And Dvd Burning Installing Problems

I bought Easy CD and DVD Burning software and was installing it, the process got to the update manager, then rolled back and said installation was interupted and to try again later. I did that several times with no success.

 

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 on a Gateway NV52 Series 64-bit Operating System with 200GB free space.

 

The software is Roxio Easy CD and DVD Burning in the red box. On the box it says Vista compatible. Have read other threads asking for theversion but I cannot find a version on mine.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

My guesses are:

 

1. Cocomojo didn't get any responses to his/her initial post, so he/she isn't interested in giving anymore help than he/she received, in this thread.

 

2. Cocomojo read through some other threads, in the forums, and found a solution to his/her problem.
