Keyboard Lockup When Playing 3D

Munger

Question

I have a Toshiba Satellite A665 3D laptop that uses windows 7 64 bit software with NVIDIA graphics . Using Creator Pro and CinePlayerBD I can view 3D BD disks and 2D video converted to 3D by the program. However, the keyboard locksup and the only way to do anything else such as stopping the video is to hit ctl, alt, del and reboot the computer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Software and drivers are up to date. I can view BD disks and other 3D software but the keyboard locks up and the only way to do anything is to reboot. I can view a movie in 3D but cannot pause or do anything else without turing off the computer and re-booting. Also, I must start in 2D to select "play movie" using Roxio or other DVD players and then once the movie starts move to 3D. So when it goes to full screen 3D the keyboard locks up. If I use NVIDIA apps for viewing pictures it works OK. BD DVD's dont't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I use Windows 7 64 bit.

How many software DVD Player applications are you running?

Did it ever work with any of them without the key board locking up?

You say you can view BD disks then you say BD DVD's dont't work?

By the way DISK is a hard drive DISC is a optical disc.

Is this on Blu-ray and Standard Defination disc's?

BD-J or BD Java doesn't allow the use of a mouse and you have to use the keyboard. I've experienced some problems with BD-Java Disc's.

Is your Cineplayer up to date? There was a update in December, click Help, check for updates. Download it to your hard drive, close out all programs and shut off antivirus and firewall before installing.
