Tivo Video Transfer

After downloading the latest version of Toast 10 Pro, I tried to start transfering recorded shows onto my laptop, so that I could burn them. When i go into Toast under Extras, and Tivo Transfer, I get a message stating "Tivo Transfer could not open because it could not be found". What's up? I have the latest upgrade from the website.

 

I've spent an entire day on the phone with Tivo, Apple and Roxio, all with fairly clueless individuals reading from a script. I'm so frustrated. Can anyboy help?

Not sure what the techs have said already, but have you tried power cycling the Tivo machine?
