Installing Roxio 10

TX Frustrated Teacher


I purchased Roxio 2010 for my classroom December 17th, and downloaded the software. However, when trying to install the software, I kept getting an error message that I had the wrong CD Key Code. I was using the only key code I had, which was on the confirmation email from my online purchase. I have 5 technical support tickets out with Roxio, and none of them have solved my issue. I was trying to just get a refund and move on to another software product, but it's past the 30 days and so now they won't do that. Is there anyone out there that can help? I don't want to have to take a $390 loss for my school on a produce and five license that do not work!
