Web Video Capture Problems

When I activate the Capture Web Video, it says launch browser and beginning watching and downloading video, but that does not happen. Just this Sunday, I tried again and it worked once. Oddly enough it downloaded the video I was watching and had the video DL that I attempted the night before. Since then nothing.

 

How can I get the Capture video function to work.

How can I get the Capture video function to work.

 

1) Reboot the computer.

2) Turn off any and all registry cleaners.

3) Not all videos can be downloaded

4) Wait longer for the download.

5) Did you change the default location for the download file?

I am experiencing the same problem as bluemax36. I have a Mac running on snow leopard. Regarding point 5 that you made (5 Did you change the default location for the download file), I am not sure if this happened by accident. How can I check this and how do I correct it?
