missing/corrupted download files

I recently purchased Roxio Creator 2011 and the download is missing files and or has been corrupted. It's been downloaded twice, the second time professionally. It still does not work. Anyone else having these problems? I'm probably going to ask for my money back.

What error message are you getting, and at what point? There should be two download files, one for the program, and one for the content. You say you've downloaded it twice, "the second time professionally." What does that mean, "professionally"?

Are you confusing 'downloading' (from an online site) with 'installing' (from a disc)?
