Have tried for a month to install Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 Suite on my new computer using Windows 7 Ultimate. The compter is not the problem as it more than exceeds the program needs. I have received nothing from Roxio support that has helped nor have I gotten anything from the forum/discussion groups both on Roxio Forums and microsoft forums to help resolve my problem. When the installation gets to the "back on track" portion of the installation it says the installation was interrupted and begins to roll back and fail to install. the diagnostic does not show any problems and Roxio has no solutions other than to go to the forums and ask other users.
As I said I have tried all the suggestions on the forums and discussion groups. I do notice that other Win 7 Ultimate users have experienced similar problems.
