I am constantly having to start all over assembling the various parts of a movie since both the Videowave and Cinemagic tools are crashing during various phases of assembly. I do hope I am doing something very wrong so maybe someone can help me out here.
Windows 7, 64 bit, 5GB RAM, not using IE9 (IE8) about 70GB free drive space and the Graphics test yields ~170+ FPS.
All files are imported from a Panasonic HDC-SD60.
With either Cinemagic or Videowave, I can add around 8 to 10 fifteen second clips (.mts files) at a time but any more will cause the app to simply disappear without warning.
I have not attempted burning anything to a video, I am trying to obtain AVCHD 1920 X 1080, 24fps files.
These results are inconsistent as sometimes I can add more or less.
Is there a log file crated when these crash that I might investigate?
