Atlantis96
This seems to be quite a problem. I actually got mine to work. ONCE The second time it started to run and went to "no Signal" again. All I keep getting back from "tech support" is to check the cables on the back of the vcr. I'm not an idiot, IT WORKED FINE, ONE TIME. Cables were not disconnected. Stop beating around the bush and come up with a fix or refund.

We are just fellow users on here, not Roxio employees, so we cant help you with a refund. As for the fix part we may be able to help you. In order to help, we need information from you, read this http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/64988-what-version-do-i-have/ . Also what O/S do you have, how are you hooked from your VCR to the Roxio USB.
