I have a very similar problem. I shot HD movies with a Canon PowerShot SX130IS camera. I copied the .mov file to my hard drive using the memory stick and then copied it into VideoWave. As soon as I play it on VideoWave the sound is out of sync with the video. Sounds good for a moment but gets progressively worse quickly. I am running Windows 7 Professional with a new 1TB 7200 rpm drive that has 800GB free. 4MB of RAM on a dual core P2.8 processor.
