can anyone tell me which form to go too i instaled sonic dvd decoder and i still can,t view any video clips

 

 

You say "sonic dvd decoder" is this a old product or a new product? Click the link below and tell us if it's one of these and for what operating system? What operating system are you running it on?

i purchased it on line from Roxio site yesterday roxio dvd decoder i am using windows browser and xp operating system

THER ONE VIDEO CLIP WAS A MPG

 

Depends on the kind of mpg too. To quote from the features, the program " Enables playback of DVDs and MPEG-2 video files" Unfortunately, not all mpg files are mpeg-2.

 

If cd's advice doesn't work, since you just bought the product, you're probably entitled to support from Roxio.
