No Compatibility Tab In Vhs To Dvd?

Hi,

 

Trying to install the software for Vhs to Dvd, getting the your equipment is incompatible with blah blah,I have found the instructions about going into properties etc, however there is no compatibility tab to make the changes recommended ?,

Running Windows 7 Home Premium on an acer 7720 with 2gb of ram,

 

any help on a fix much appreciated to make this work.

 

ps, do I have to install MSIE to make this work, currently using Firefox.

Does the box say XP, Vista, and Windows 7 compatible?

 

Is this the instructions you followed for the error?

If MSIE means Microsoft Internet Explorer? Your Windows 7 Home Premium comes with Internet Explorer and using FF is fine.

Hi

 

I have indeed followed the instructions above and as said previously dont have a compatibility tab,the box does say that its compatible with Windows 7, Vista, XP'
