No Record Button



I am having the same problem, greyed-out record button and no video. The customer service emails don't help and I have installed everything as instructed. I too have been fooling with this product and can't seem to get anywhere. I don't understand why there is a payment to speak to their "help" people when this product costs $60 and won't operate properly. I have not been able to use it at all. First of all the USB couldn't be recognized and then no video message and the greyed-out record button. I am at a loss as to what to do and customer service for this company is the pits. I'm ready to return it.
