Transfer Sonogram Vhs To Dvd?

My Roxio easy VHS to DVD works great! Today I ran into a glitch when I tried to convert my VHS of a Sonogram to DVD. When I push play button on vhs player the computer shows video for about half a second then goes black and then message No Video Signal. I push stop on vcr, then play, video comes up for half a second then goes blank and then message No Video Signal. Can someone please help me?

How long (in time) is the VHS tape?.

 

Is it in Black and White?. Some people have problems with B/W videos.

Typical for B/W video…

 

Look through some of the other posting here for some pass through ideas you can try.

Sonogram or Ultrasound Sonogram?

 

Probably Black and White? Some folks have experienced that with Back and White Video, I haven't in any of the three versions.

Theyre black & white. One ultrasound, one sonogram. Theyre approx 20 min. long

Dont know if it matters but im using a Sony E series VAIO with windows 7 model VPCEB3AFM

Try connecting your VHS output to a DVD player and then to the Roxio USB device. Let us know if this works.

My DVD is Samsung and only has output. (No input)

Use as short a cable as you have. This is a laptop?

My tv has a record output? Gonna connect pc to tv via HDMI and read manual for this record output. I'll let ya'll know.

Well, that did'nt work. Got exact same result. If anyone else has solved the Black/White mystery please let me know.

I do know from reading the forum posts daily, most problems occur using a Laptop to do Video work!
