C++ runtime error

xcfgxdjk;lcbxkl;cfbgjc;kl

Question

I seem to have the same problem as the person above. I am running Windows 7 on an Asus laptop. I notice from reading other responses that there is a lot of nit picking on how the problem is asked or worded, so I will say this now... If you don't know something that might help, don't respond.

When I click on Create DVDs on the main menu it starts to load mydvd. When it has almost finished opening the window for that function(don't respond with "what function") it gives me the runtime error dialog box. If I click ok in the box it closes the program window and returns me to the main menu screen.

If I simply ignore the dialog box and leave it in the background the program seems to work.

My question is, how do I fix the error?

***** I have attached a screen shot of the program with the error.

Again, if you don't have a possible solution to this problem, don't respond. Don't respond with I didn't give enough information; look at the picture. This seems to be a popular problem.

By the way, my name is Ollie, not sdflsdfkjshdh or whatever I typed in after the system wouldn't accept everything I tried.

Since no one can respond to your issue without seemingly offending you, I going to take a chance that this is acceptyable. Go to the top of this page and select "Support" and then "Home" and type in some key words for your problem to get to the Kb articles for help. For instance these (link).

Otherwise call Roxio's free support to talk to them about your problem.
