As soon as I click on any of the DVD create/convert icons, I get a message telling me I need to change my screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher, and color quality to 16-bit or higher.
My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080, with 32-bit color quality. Both significantly higher than the minimum requirements.
I had this problem with Roxio 2010, also, and wound up returning the product as unusable, since I got NO response from Tech Support.
I really do want to use Roxio for video editing, but it looks like they're unable to solve this.
If someone else has had this problem, and solved it, please share your method.
