scarab
Hello, I bought a DELL Laptop, which was already setup from the company (DELL). From the first moment i tried to play media files, i got the message (like a lot of people) that i have to install certain codecs and it's looking for the cdpd.msi. As i found posts in the forum a lot of people have this problem, only that they bought a certain roxio product. i didn't. it was preinstalled, so i never got any cd or dvd where these installation files can be found. how can i get rid of this message (because i have to work a lot with mediafiles, and this is really annoying) without downloading a cracked version illegaly. thanks in advance... canguru

If you have problems with "certain codecs and it's looking for the cdpd.msi" you need to contact Dell. Not come to Roxio's website and talk about "downloading a cracked version illegally"!
