JLPhoenix
I am having issues with this program as well. No quite the same however. I am running on Vista and program is compatible I've read. I installed the program without a hitch. Easy peasy. I have all the appropriate screens. I hook up the Mini-Jack Adapter to my Electro Brand Record Player Model # 9276GB's Headset Outlet, connect 15-foot RC Cable, Then USB Cable to my laptop. Open the open the Easy LP to MP3 icon on desk top. Click on Convert LP's and Tapes which brings me to screen 1.) Cue up my LP on Song and click RECORD. Upon completion I click STOP. Proceed to Screen 2.) Enter Name's of Artist and Album and proceed to Three to save. Should be cut and dry. When I play back there's is nothing but static. NO MUSIC I've tested on other players & no go. I've tested to make sure my headset works on Record Player. It does. Also I read that if you can't hear your music when recording plug speakers into out-put. NO SOUND COMES OUT OF UNIT. Can you please advise?!? Thanks a bunch in advance. =)

JLPhoenix
Well I tried it and it wasn't successful. Unfortunately there isn't an option in my control panel for that. I looked up and down. Combed through it with a magnifying glass. As a matter of fact. I don't think the devises is being recognized by my PC at all. Weird right. I reinstalled it and a message popped up that there was an unknown devise and prompted me on way to rectify. Drivers were installed. What ever that means. Does the Roxio Audio Capture have a driver or need a driver?
