Creator Pro 2011, Can't Open It...

Hi,

 

Trying to get this program to work can be a very unpleasant experience, believe me! I bought this SW 2 days ago and i still can't get it to work. My computer is 3 weeks old (Dell Studio 8100) so it shouldn't be a problem. When i click the icon to start the program, i get a window with 3 empty slots and no instructions, it just jams there. I have put the "printscreen" of that window as attachement.

 

Can someone help me please with this before i return the program for a refund?

Yes a 3 week old computer can be a problem… 'Newness' means absolutly nothing

I also installed Creator in french...

Sounds like problem with registration. Disconnect your internet and try launching.

I unplugged the internet and it's still the same.

 

I also desinstalled and reinstalled it in english version with no success either.

 

What the hell can it be?

Nice picture.

 

That definitely looks like the registration page is not loading up. Good news is you can disable it. Bad news is you will need to uninstall/reinstall.

 

You'll need to run the command and reinstall like normal.

Go to Start Menu -> Accessories -> Run

 

Find out what your cd drive letter is (mine is D:)
