Creator 2011 Pro

Smitht89

Question

Hello,

I have read the different fixes for the Creator installation but none have worked. I have attached my log files hoping this will help someone tell me how to fix my problem.

I am using Win 7 Pro, 64 bit system, 6 GB RAM, Office 2007 Pro and have updated all drivers and software.

Thanks,

Smitht89

EDIT Log file removed because it contained CD Key! Folks should not post their log files on the open forum. They are to be emailed to Roxio support or PM'd Personnel Message when a Roxio employee asks for them.

I am afraid those log files mean very little to most of us here since we are all just users. You can't really expect us to go through all those log files to look for a fix for your problem which by the way you have not even bothered to describe. Perhaps someone from Roxio will stop by and llok at those log files.

In the meantime why don't you give us some information about your problem.
