Tell the kids that they will not get their allowance unless they fix it ! I have the creator 2010. I am hooking up to a magnavox vhs/dvd player. The kids tried and gave up! Tell us HOW you have your tv/vcr (give us the model #) hooked up to the Roxio USB device.......be specific as we cant see what you are doing. I am using the audio/video out dvd/vcr audio vido out which I can plug the yellow and red into the Roxio video capture cable. I can also plug in the same cables to my tv (using red and yellow cable). I had it set up to view both, and record on the computer....but can't seem to get the both working again also the topic solved button got pushed on one of my posts....problem is not solved. Thank you. You could connect the Composite cable (Y/R/W) to the Roxio Usb unit, and use the S-Video (plus audio) to you TV. Or reverse the above, if your TV does not have a S-Video jack. I connected the yrw to the usb connection, and I thought I had an S video...I did not. I used the antennae wire from the vcr to the tv (changed the channel) and it worked! Thanks again for your help.
