Blu-Ray Disc Image - Burn

If I save a BD image, when I open the image I get an error saying the format is not supported, it opens anyway but when I burn it as a BD it creates a data disc, not a BD? I can burn a BD successfully straight out of toast but the disc image it creates seems to be useless?

 

I am wanting to send the image to a client in another country so they can burn the disc rather than posting a hard copy.

Go to the Toast Copy window and select the disc image using the Image File setting to burn it to disc.

Thanks, will give that a shot but pretty sure I already tried that path.
