roxio sucks. I paid 70 sum dollars to upgrade my roxio that I have had since 2005. I downloaded on to my computer and now I cannot use it. I try to open it and it tells me it cannot open would I like to report it. I have reported it 5 times now and I have emailed roxio support several times with no satisfaction. Of course there is NO phone number to contact technical support, SHOCKING. What Should I do
