Question

I GET VIDEO AND SOUND BUT BUT I CANT RECORD ITS GREYED OUT>>>

EVERY ONE SAYS TO CLICK PLUG AND PLAY>>> WHERE CAN I FIND THIS ALL MY SCREEN SHOWS IS DEVICES OR DVD>

WHEN I CLICK BURN A DVD ALL THE OPTIONS ARE FILE OR SUPPORT. ON THE SIDE OF THE SCREEN PLAYING THE MOVIE IT SAYS NAME YOUR MOVIE THE ARE TO PUT IN YOUR DVD THE PLACE WHERE YOU WANT TO BURNIT THAN THERE IS QUALITY THAN THE ANOTHER COMAND AND THAN MENU CHANGE AND ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT THE RED RECORD TAB. BELOW THE SCREEN THERE IS ONLY ADJUSTMENTS FOR VOLUME... wHAT CAN I DO NOW?

I can't follow you post at all. Turn off the Caps lock unless you have a vision problem. (All caps is poor forum etiquette and signifies shouting). Try to use some paragraphs.

 

Be more specific in the description of what you are doing. Give the correct,full name of the program from the suite you are using
