every time i try to use copy and convert it locks up and i have to use task manger to get out of the program.

when i have my movie in the sorce window i click on continue and it goes to 8% right away and just stays there. i have left it going for over 2 hours and still did not move.when i try to close it i have to use task manager to close it.

can anyone help with this problem.

Tell us about your source movie - where did you get it, what format is it, will it play in CinePlayer?

 

Have you installed Creator 2010 Service Pack 2?

What is it that you want to do with the movie in VCC? Copy and Covert what? You have supplied no information except for "it doesn't work"
