McAfee? Registry cleaner?

What video Card do you have? Have you updated the driver for it?

All the transitions or only the 3D transitions?

What process did you use to uninstall/reinstall? Did you just try the repair option when you put the program disc in your drive?

Thanks for answering. I have ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB GDDRS video card. Yes - there was no update.

I have the question marks for all effects, transitions etc.

I first repaired thru add/remove - and other issues developed eg said CinePlayer not found. Anyway then I used add/remove to uninstall with Roxio uninstaller. No different results so I used REVO uninstaller to remove everything - disabled anti virus - then reinstalled - then I came here.

Since posting I found that other things not working properly in videowave like pan and zoom editor.

Which anti-virus? Are you using a registry cleaner?

Did you look at the ATI site for drivers? The newest is only 2 weeks old (here)

Do you have the download version from Roxio or a boxed version? Have you installed the service pack?
