Just purhased VHS to DVD. After install when I try to open the program I get message Proxy manager has stopped working then it searches for "debug" and closes the program. Please help.

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

 

Then start to install of the Product, only pick Repair when it is offered.

Thanks here is more info about my computer, The error is as stated "proxy manager has stopped working .....

* What kind of project were you working on: just installing

* What kinds of files were you using and where did you get them? none (

* Did you complete your project or did it stop at a certain point in the process? no

* Have you ever successfully completed the task that you are contacting us about? no

* Did you make any changes to your computer recently? (new applications, updates, etc) If so, what? no

updates done automatically-

 

I sometimes can get the SWare to open but it does not have all functions, all I can do at (some)times is record a vhs to my hard drive, but the program is very unstable shutsdown and very unreliable, cannot import any videos files to the software. No features like labeling or editing etc appear when it does open. And it more times than not shuts down before it starts. Whats the deal?? thanks again.
