Paper & Plastic Not Software

Paper&Plastic

Question

What I wanted was software and what I got from roxio was paper & plastic.

I have tried for weeks to get help from roxio or a refund and they can't do either, they hide behind their website and use auto-email,but that's okay, I have told so many of my customers about roxio and toast,it has cost them more than they know, word of mouth is a good way to get them back.

I don't understand what you mean by paper and plastic. What kind of plastic? What is missing?

Roxio's support is not hiding. Since you are not in the US and since you come from an area where there is a lot of spam and other unscrupulous posts, please provide more information.

How do you expect to contact Roxio if not by e-mail? Where did you buy the program? Take the box back to where you bought it.

What is on that plastic?

I suspect he means polycarbonate (the CD/DVD) and shrink wrap for the plastic, and the rest of the packaging/manual for the paper.

Yes, it's a good rant, but since we don't work for Roxio, your good rant doesn't tell us any information, such as, what error messages you may be seeing, what exactly you've done. Have you gotten it to install? If so, then what are you trying to do and what messages are you getting? If not, again, what messages are you seeing? What are your computer specifications (Version of Windows, Processor speed, RAM, HD space, video card)?

With that information, maybe we can get you going.

Let us know!
