Main Edit Differences Creator 6 /creator2011

I am novice user but used Creator 6 for years seemed easy enough.

Now have New computer, Windows 7 plenty of space.

Started using Creator 2011, I just want to edit and publish in

same way. Does not seem user friendly any more. plus No Hard copy

user guide as before. Has anyone else had problems using Creator 2011

for the first time?

Can anyone list main differences from creator 6, just editing and producing

a simple video nothing else..

Differences are like night and day and too many to mention. Applications from EMC 7 on have been refinements. You would be better off forgetting what you knew about EMC 6 and learn Creator 2011 from scratch.

 

This should help (manual and quick start guide)... Jim put together an excellent work flow strategy here. Is is for Creator 009 but the basic work flow is the same.

 

What will you be using Creator 2011 to do? There are some helpful videos on YouTube, for slide shows and photo editing, karri hassome excellent tutorials, I have a few related to video editing here.

 

The next question is did you get the program with your new computer as an OEM piece of software or did you buy it as a standalone download or box?
