I am getting this error when trying to burn.

"SaveImage32 cannot create bitmap Error while  Encoding Menu"

Any help to as why and what I can do to fix would be great, thanks

Punctuation would have really helped ! Are you getting "Save Image32" and "Cannot create bitmap" and "Error wile encoding menu" or are they really all run together?

Are you creating your own menu page or are you using a premade one? Which one? Are you burning to a DVD or are you encoding (burning) to an ISO file first.

Is this new or have you always had a problem? What are your computer specs. Use this as a guide.

Does any of this (link) help?

The error is that line all together as I posted it.

It is a premade menu with only the background photo changed.

I have tried burning to a DVD and an ISO file both separately and at the same time.

This is my first use to make a DVD and this error shows up.

Computer Specs

Operating System: Windows XP SP3

Make: Dell

Model: Dimension 4600

Video card: NVIDIA GeForce MX 440 with AGP8X (Dell)

Processor speed: 2.4GHz

RAM: 4GB

Free hard drive space: 211GB

What format is the background image? What is the size and resolution? If it is not jpeg, convert it and try again. Also go to a lower resolution/size.
