tbrewst
I upgraded my computer from xp to windows 7,since then I can't get my Media player to transfer to my Roxio 2011. How do I get it to merge? What Media player are you talking about and what are you trying to transfer or merge? If you're talking about getting what shows in your Windows Media Player library to show up in Media Manager then you need to turn on Folder Monitoring. In Media Manger go to Tools and then Select Monitored Folders. Remember once you do that it will take a while for Roxio to monitor the folders with your music and for them to show up. bimicher
Once I have them into my folder on Roxio Creator can I then pull them into my Photo Show? You can "pull them into my Photo Show" from any folder on your system. There is no need to bring them into a "folder on Roxio Creator"

Do you know how I can fix it? If you have a Premium Menbership, go to your account page and re-download and install Photo Show 6. It will install over the old build and most likely fix your issue. Where is your music stored on your computer? What format is it? If it is in an Itunes folder, you may not have any luck using it.

sknis
If I download photoshow 6 will that delete what I have b/c I have the 2011 version? My music is in media player library If you only have the PhotoSHow Express that came with Creator 2011, then you do not have the Premium Membership (ca $40 a year) so you could not download the update You may not be able to add mp3 or Itunes music unless you have the Premium version (or any other music). You may use the 40 pieces of music that came with PhotoShow Express. Note that I have the premium membership so the above may not be completely current for the free version. Open what you have and go to the help files. It will confirm what you can or cannot do regarding music. In the past, you had to use the Photo Show music and could not add any of your own mp3s.
