My Vhs Audio Is Fine; But Video Doesn't Show Up.

I just bought easy VHS to DVD. I've got all my cables hooked up as shown. When I press play on my VCR, I can hear the sound but no video shows up. Instead my webcam goes on and I see myself sitting here looking at the screen. How do I make it show me my VHS video instead of webcam? HELP!

Not too difficult!

 

Press Win-Pause to open the 'System', then click the upper left button, Device Manager.

 

Right click the Webcam and pick disable:

 

 

Reactivate it in the same manner

I have this same problem. I disabled the web-cam and I still have no sound. Now instead of seeing my face because of the web-cam the Cyberlink logo is shown and it says "there is no available capture device". Obviously there is a device available since the sound plays. I thought it might be my VCR so I tried using my Blu Ray player and I got the same results. I'm using a Samsung laptop with an Intel Core i3 CPU M 330 2.13GHz running Windows 7 Premium 64 bit with 4GB of memory. Also I'm using standard white red yellow AV cables. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What software package to you have? Read thisand tell us.

 

What Cyberlink software do you have that is interfering with Roxio?
