Creator 2011 Won't Open

rbing1

Question

I have downloaded Creator 2011 on my Windows Vista. Once downloaded, all I have is a folder, which I click on and then get two more folders and when I click on one of those, my time capsule just remains there in like an idle state. It seems to me that after about 30 to 45 minutes something should open, but nothing. My time capsule is still spinning!!!

Any Suggestions!?!?!

I don't quite understand what "time capsule" you are talking about.

If you cannot open a folder then that is a windows problem not a Roxio problem

Perhaps you better explain a bit more with some details.

I guess what I mean by my little time capsule, I am referring to when you use your pointer to click on something on your screen, once you click on the item your pointer then starts it's time capsule or in Vista's case it's a circle that spins while the application is loading or like the old time capsule when and application that you clicked on is loading or coming to the screen. That's the best that I can describe it.

I have an hour glass on my Vista system. I believe you can select your symbol.

It seems that you cannot open the folder (using Windows Explorer) containing the C2011 install files. Is that correct? That would be a Vista problem.
