I have win7pro, with i5 processor, 8GB ram , radeon 5750 video card, basic stuff.

It seems I've been using Roxio for over a month now. I made a few movies and dvd's and such without the main menu working. My main menu was working at one time but other application weren't, so now that after all the apps are now working. I will address the main menu not working. I don't know what happened, it was now you see it , now you don't. When I click on the roxio shortcut it goes into the endless circle search and doesn't find it.

Let's try this...

Do the Prep Steps to the letter! Make sure you have your Anti Viurus software TURNED OFF!

Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

Also never assume 'basic stuff' or 'simple' when you are dealing with something that has the complexity of Video!!! Those little details you leave out might be the direction we need to look in ;)

One we often hear is "I have the latest updates" in place of something that has meaning like 'I have the ATI Catalyst Version 11.2'

(you do have the 11.2 for your video card right  )

Open task manager and tell me if this is running?

I'm not on my machine now, but last night I followed the instructions above and it worked. So thanks a bunch Mr. Hardin. "Now I see it"
