Bad Program Disk

The first time I tried to load this program it would not load onto my Dell.I can't return it to the Target store where I bought it because they stopped selling this software.

Can Roxio send the software to me online?



Was there some specific error message that came up during the installation? That would help to diagnose the problem.


If you think it's a problem with the disc itself, can you copy the contents of the disc onto your hard drive? If that goes okay, try installing from there and see what happens.


If you can't copy the contents to your HD, then you'll need to contact Roxio directly, we're just users like yourself here, unless you see a Roxio logo by the name.
