Record To Dvd Problem

HELLO,

New to this, I just purchased the easy vhs to dvd version Build 201B23A, It records just fine in the RECORD,EDIT and SAVE MODE, But when I go to burn a dvd, it just sits on the ADJUST TRIM POINTS (100% complete) window for a long time and then reads "there was a problem writing to the disk" and then ejects the disk, disks are HP DVD+R,16X, Also nothing appears in the EDIT window. ANY HELP would be be appeciated. THANKS REEZOS

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

 

Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.
