Please Help Download.

I got this for x-mas since then i got a new laptop and wish to install creator 2011 special eddition onto it. I still have the cd-key and the disk but the disk is really scratched and when i try to install it comes with with an error something like Ed0000 no idea what it means. Is there anywhere online i can download it and then put my cd key in?

If it wasn't a downloaded purchase, you won't be able to download it online. You might try calling customer service 1-877-793-7480 and see if they can help you but you might also try copying the disc to your hard drive and then try installing it. Some of the disc cleaners may help with some of the scratches too.

Joy, so £1/min after paying £60 odd for the program.

I doubt the disc came to you in a scratched condition... But assuming it did, you should be able to Exchange it at the point of purchase.

 

Of course you should really try what Paul suggested first.

 

Once installed, it would be prudent to make a Disc Copy!

Error Code 000D is a error reading from the disc. Could be that its corrupt or the drive has an issue with the disc.
