Copy And Convert 2010

I too am having issues with this program. I am using my Windows 7 laptop and Video Copy and Convert (VCC) to try and convert .avi files (usually xvid) to play on my Zune but have not had any success. These same files convert just fine on my XP desktop using VCC. I have noticed that Videowave pulls the video in reporting 00:00:00:00 in the attributes field, so in essence it is seeing the file as a zero length video, which I'm thinking is likely the problem. By the way, the .avi files play just fine on my Windows 7 machine in Cineplayer and even in the Source panel of VCC.

I've contacted technical support and have posted in these forums, but so far no one has been able to help.

I know this doesn't help you much, but I just thought I would go ahead and post this to let you know you're not alone and to give you (and others) the benefit of my observations.
