enoteca
Hello - the installation is simple so I don't think I made a mistake, however when running the Easy VHS to DVD program (VHS device on and running or not) there is always no video or audio signal ? Does anyone have the same problem ??
tsantee
Sometimes users find it helpful to insert the device after the application is launched. Also, be sure to connect directly to the Mac and not to a USB hub.

I had a defective connecting cable so maybe you're experiencing the same problem. Fortunately I had a similar cable from an EyeTV Hybrid device and it worked so I didn't need to return the Roxio unit as defective.

tsantee
Did you ever resolve this issue? I have just bought this and same problem. I cannot get an audio or video signal. Maybe your situation is different. What Mac do you have? Are you connecting directly to a built-in USB port or through a hub?

Oftentimes it helps to plug the device into the USB port after launching the application. Give that a try. Make sure you are using version 1.0.3.
