I wont to know if there is a problem with 2011 pro it will launch if I am online but won't launch if I am not this is confusing to say the least I have win 7 64 bit sp1 would appreciate any help on this, thank you

That used to happen with one of the OEM versions but not with the Retail Creator 2011... You are sure that is what you have and are trying to start?

 

Have you had or have an OEM version of Roxio on your PC? If so, which one?

 

In any case... Let's try this!

 

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

 

Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

sorry, what I was trying to say is, the roxio 2011 suite will not launch if I am offline, it will only launch if I am online. I am trying to find a solution to this problem. thanks

You need Vista SP2.

 

Minimum system requirements:

Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home premium, Professional or Ultimate (32- or 64-bit), Microsoft® windows Vista™ SP2 (32- or 64-bit), Windows® XP SP3 (32- or 64-bit)

hey thanks for the "cure" it worked! I did have to reinstall though. we can close this discussion now. thanks again!

I got this fixed! But I would never go back to "vista" not after having win 7! thanks anyway!
