Runtime Error And Creator 2011 Crash

Flojoe

Question

Could not find anything related to this in your KB. I get a the following error when I try to run the "CREATE DVD" utility within Creator 2011.

Runtime error!

PROGRAM:C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio 2011\VideoUI\videowave13.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Contact the application's support team for more information.

when I press OK button on the error message, Creator gives a second error:

Runtime error!

PROGRAM:C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio 2011\VideoUI\videowave13.exe

R6025

-pure virtual function call

I press OK again in the error window and Creator closes altogether.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

This is really a peer to peer site, so "we" don't have a Knowledge Base ;)

OK, it is clearly broken and needs fixed!

Let's try this...

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

Reboot and give it a try... If it is working, you will need to apply the Roxio SP1 again.

Let us know how you make out???
