There is a problem with the installation file ( setup ) on the installation disk. This file is configured to install in Windows VISTA.
Here is what everyone who is having problems installing this program needs to do. Insert the installation disk into the disk drive and open a folder but do not run the setup program before you do the following.
1: right click on the file setup.exe. this will bring up a menu of options ans select properties and left click the mouse to select. This will open the properties window. Once you have done this go to the next step.
2: At the bottom of the screen you will see an option for " Change settings for all users". Click on this. This will open another window.
3: Look at the screen and choose to run in compatability mode for and select your operating system. This is very important to do. Then after selecting your operating system for Windows 7 users choose "Run as administrator". Once you do this click on apply then ok. do this also at the main screen and the program will install and operate properly.
