Question

I tried running in a safe mode and restarted. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and restarted it. I ran it as an administrator. I went into msconfig and deleted the start up menu and restarted the PC. My OP system is Windows 7. Any other suggestions. Am I missing any other programs to get this to work. Thank you, Rosebud 5277post-93602-083663100 1301153120.png

No it is not simple :(

I have had 2 user of the Roxio Creator 2011 Special Edition tell me that they have both the Creator 2011 disc and a V2D disc in the box...

It would appear that the confusion is being caused by Roxio including a disc that isn't needed in the box :o

I don't understand what you are trying to tell me, sorry.

I'm not understanding what you need for me to do. Sorry

Answer the questions that were asked in my first reply (post 2). The blue text is a link to the questions.

The other posts were concerning the actual software you have. You posted in the forum for Creator 2011. If that is what you have, then we can work on an answer. If you have Easy VHS to DVD, then there is a different forum and possibly different answers.

I will answer the following questions about my computer..it'll just take me a little bit, but the forum is a little bit hard to understand. I had thought I selected Easy DVD to VHS. If there is a different forum for this product, do you have a link for me to get there. Sorry

I sent you the answers to all the questions yesterday, but do not see them on here. Is my reply posting somewhere else or do I need to send it again? Please let me know what I need to do. I really would like to use my product. Thank you

Why don't you simply post your answers here in the forum as part of your post.

Why don't you simply post your answers here in the forum as part of your post.

The reason why I didn't post my answers is because I thought I had posted them already. I have been on forums before and this forum is very confusing. One time, going i, it says I cannot post, the next time it allows me to. If I could get my problems solved, I wouldn't be on her anymore.

The error message was posted in the past forum

I couldn't get to any projects, if I can't even open the program

Not using any files

Can't complete the project, because I have to get it started first

No, I have not completed the project

No changes to my pc, except for windows updates

OS: Windows 7 Pro

Make/Model: Intel ® Pentium ® 4 CPU

Video Card: NVIDIA Ge Force 6200; Optiarc DVD RW AD-7240S ATA Drive

Processor 3.00 gHz

RAM: 1.50 GB

Free HD: 75.9 GB of 127 GB

Last time OS update: Few days ago from Windows.

I hope this helps. I'm trying to be very patient, but it seems the helpers aren't. Sorry for any inconvenience.

You do realize that we are just fellow users here and not Roxio employees???

Someone will have something for you but it has been a long time just getting enough info to even make a good guess

Hang in there, I am on vacation and have to get down and check out now :P
