Order Issues

Question

Has any one else had trouble with getting transfered in the call center. When I ask to be transfered tot he parent company or the US, I am told they do hat have the system to do that.

 

I had a simple up grade order that took me 29 minutes to place, it was billed wrong so I called back to get this fixed and spent another 45 minutes on the phone only to now be billed for two orders. I called back again only to have them credit the fixed(correct priced order off. with yet another call and 39 minutes more of my time.

 

then in saturdays mail I receive two copies of the software and 20 emails to date all with different conservation number and at least 3 different order numbers. What a mess If this is the way they sell the product what will happen when I really need help on using the software.
