Hi ibwalkn2,

Start,Run,MSCONFIG, Initialize Softwares, Disable ALL, reboot and try.

If WORK, re-enable one by one.

If NO, Disable 1 card on SLI and try.

I have a CF ATI 6850 and has a problem with a Encore USB capture Card...I´m take out 1 VGA...The USB card work...Strange.

Try and reply.

From what I see it seems as if the firewall or anti-virus could be blocking it.

Steps I recommend:

1. When opening it up right click the icon and on the menu click Open as Administrator.

2. If step 1 does not work, Go to Control Panel, choose allow a program through windows firewall and add the program to the list of exceptions.

Hope this helps.

take the usb cable out of the computer before hitting capture and watch what happens...

i could never get the screen to come up before. and now i can.

its something to do with the cables. not the program or computer itself (in my case)

try the firewalls and all those things. if that doesnt work try disabling one card as i am about to do.

so trying Cauptain's advice in hopes that this will work =)
