I'm having a major installation issue and wondered if anybody could help me.
I bought Toast 11 (my first piece of Roxio software, to use for Bluray authoring) on March 17th. It finally arrived today, but I just cant get it to install.
Upon clicking the "Install Toast 11" icon I am taken to the first page (Introduction) I click continue which takes me to the License Agreement window. I click "Continue", then "Agree," where I then arrive at the "Destination Select" window. This is where I am having a major issue.
In the window it states "where do you want to install this software?" Below is a screen icon, and "Install for all users of this machine", but it is ghosted and I can not select it, also the continue button is ghosted, so I cannot click continue. The only button I can press is "Go Back."
I've wasted all night trying, but to no avail, it's so frustrating.
I am trying to install on an 8 Core Mac Pro running OS X 10.5.6
I have paid £130 for this software and waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered and I can't even install it! Not a good first impression at all!
