Burning Dl & Backup On Creator 2011

If this has been asked before...I'm sorry. But I have 2 areas of concern.

1) Is Creator 2011 not capabale of burning Dual Layer discs? When I try, the animated DVD on the screen just spins and nothing happens. Single layer disc?...no problem. Dual layer disc...problem.

2) Is Creator not capable restoring a full system backup? I just did a full system backup, but then learned that it would only do a partial disc restore.

Please help...anyone...please help

Never had any problems with DL discs???

 

But with out all of the specific details no one will be able to duplicate your project to test it

 

Give us EVERYTHING, type of source, name of background, Program Name, all settings etc.!

 

Then we can try it and see what happens
