I just bought this and installed my question is how do I record the sound properly at first I just let it record then it recorded everything going on in the house when I record while my camcorder is open and the audio playing loud my computer makes a noise like when you have 2 speakerphones on and they are to close to each other or if I turn the volume on the computer it stops but then when I play back the audio sounds far away this is the only trouble I have with this

Your not giving us much to go on???

 

I am going to guess your PC has a microphone? DISABLE IT.

 

OR, check your recording device on your PC and set it to the Roxio device.

 

But without the actual details of your PC, Version of OS, etc. pretty hard to be specific
