Problems With Capture Speed

Question

I am trying to capture video from a Sony Digital handycam, through the USB cable, I have tried all the different speeds in the capture form but I am still getting a video that plays fast and jumpy. Any clues, thanks

To capture video froma digital camcorder you should be using the Firewire (Sony calls it "i.Link") not a USB connection.

You can buy and install a PCI Firewire card that should do what you want (presuming you have a desktop)

If you have a laptop, there are PCMCIA Firewire adaptors
